Who is responsible

The Ant Garden brand is operated by SNG Plastik Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti., which is the controller of your data. For anything to do with privacy, reach us at sales@sngplast.com.tr.

What we collect, and why

Quote and contact requests

We process what you give us in the form: name, company, email, phone, your message, and the product, quantity and project type you are asking about. If you arrived from an ad, the technical tags that show which campaign brought you (UTM parameters) are attached to the request too.

Purpose: to answer you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding. The request is stored as a Lead in our own ERP system and a notification email is sent to our team. It is never sold and never used for advertising.

Server logs

Like every website, our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to keep the service secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Measurement and marketing cookies

We use measurement (Google Analytics) and marketing technologies only with your consent. If you do not consent, none of them load. See the Cookie policy for the detail and controls; you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share with

• The providers that run our hosting and email (only to operate the service).
• Where you have consented, Google (Analytics) and the advertising platforms we enable.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data or share it beyond the purposes described here.

International transfers

SNG Plastik Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti. is established in Türkiye, and the data you submit through the site is processed there. Türkiye is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, so transfers from the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards or on the exceptions the GDPR allows (for example, that the transfer is necessary to act on your request). Our measurement and marketing providers may also process data in other countries under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and contact data for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the period required by law (accounting and limitation), then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data follows the provider's retention setting.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — which does not affect processing done before then.

To exercise any of these, write to sales@sngplast.com.tr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — for EEA visitors, your local supervisory authority.

We may update this notice; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date above changed accordingly.
